Small inns on a quiet street. The rules exist so the neighbours stay happy and the rooms stay pleasant for the next guest.
Minimum stays
Two nights Sunday through Wednesday, three nights Thursday through Saturday, with longer minimums on holiday weekends and during Windjammer Days. Last-minute single nights do open up; call and ask.
Occupancy
Rooms sleep the number shown, which includes children. Suites with a trundle or second room sleep four. We cannot add guests beyond that, even for a night.
Quiet
Decks and the lawn are yours at any hour, quietly after 10 pm. Voices carry over water.
Payment and cancellation
The cancellation terms for your dates are shown before you confirm and again on your confirmation. Charges appear from the inn’s operating entity, Guys Inn LLC for Greenleaf or Anitas Inn LLC for Admiral’s Quarters.
Pets and smoking
No pets and no smoking in the rooms or on the decks. Ask before booking if a service animal is travelling with you.
Whole-inn stays
Either inn can be booked outright for a wedding weekend, reunion or retreat. Those bookings are arranged by phone and carry their own terms.
Greenleaf Inn and Admiral’s Quarters Inn are licensed lodging establishments in the Town of Boothbay Harbor, Maine.
