Boothbay Harbor Inns is the Maine collection of Parsons Hospitality, a family real-estate business two generations in. We do not manage other people’s inns. Everything here we own, we renovated, and we run.
Why Boothbay
Because this is where the family spends its summers.
The Arizona side of the business builds and runs large private estates in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Maine was never a market study. It was the place the family already came, and Commercial Street had two inns that needed someone to care about them again.
Greenleaf and Admiral’s Quarters came first. Captain Sawyer’s, Welch House and Valerie’s Inn are following, one at a time, each keeping its own name.
